CHRIS AUTRY
As a National Academy of Sports Medicine Personal Trainer, I offer a wide range of fitness services and training styles to fit your individual needs. I believe HEALTHY looks different on every BODY. I propose so much more than just getting you into shape physically, although that may be your ultimate goal. I shape your mindset into commitment, hard work, perseverance and all things necessary to help you be the best YOU physically and mentally.
Not only am I certified in my discipline, it is my passion to help see you through your fitness journey by one-on-one training and always being in your corner when the going gets tough. I specialize in improving endurance, strength conditioning, weight loss, muscle gain, rehabilitating from an injury, and sports-specific training. I can teach you how to exercise with proper form and help you with nutritional goals to set your fitness journey on fire with the fuel your body needs.

Below is our 5-step process to help you attain the goals you set. We start with a 1 hour evaluation session and gather info about your physical performance. This will be the starting point of your journey and help you compare different measurements of your fitness progress. We then set up personal and group training sessions and help you stay committed and motivated to be as successful as possible. You will have homework to complete on your own time and then apply it during our time together.
There is no end to your journey, just constant improvement!
